Here are some answers to some of the questions we frequently get asked:

How long until I get my Jewellery?
To estimate the overall time from ordering to getting your order use this formula:

We try to keep good stock levels of all our popular items, we try to ensure that your jewellery is despatched A.S.A.P  

How much does it cost to ship to here?
UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail using first class delivery, the charge for this is £2.00. For UK orders over £30 we recommend the use of Royal mail Special Delivery, the charge for this is £4.50.

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail using international signed-for delivery, the charge for this is £6.00

How are items packed?
All orders are sent in plain packing, with a return label on the reverse, our name being abbreviated to "Pi Shop". With no references to piercing or body jewellery whatsoever. (although people may think you are a geek or a big fat pie monster )

How long does it take to ship to here?
How long is a piece of string? Seriously, it depends. UK orders will take 1-3 days for recorded delivery; Next day for special delivery (except ones posted on Fri/Sat - yes I know it’s silly; that’s royal mail for you)

International orders will depend on the local mail service. All orders can be tracked if desired; contact us for tracking info.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay us in any way you see fit; credit card, debit card, postal order, cheque, paypal, nochex, sexual favours* just give us your dirty filthy luger!

*just kidding, or was I  

Can I return products if I don’t like them?
Abso-frickin’-lutely! As long as the item remains sealed, we’re happy to exchange/refund items.

Do you do wholesale?
Are you a legitimate business? Yes? Superb! Check out our wholesale page for more information.

Have you got a printed catalogue?
Jeeeeez man! That’s sooo last century! We keep our prices low (compare them) by not having to chop down trees (we’re environmentally friendly) and print catalogues; that are out of date by the time you get them, seriously how many products do we add every month? (look at the blog archives to get some idea)

How do I write a product review?
Easy-peasy! Log in to your account - view the product you want to review and click on the reviews button - then click the write review button.

Are you mad/on drugs?
Me? I can assure you I am quite sane - wibble.

What size is my piercing?
From here I’d say it’s around roughly oooh - Sorry I can’t see; can you hold it a little bit closer to the screen? If only! Ok here’s a little list of common sizes; your mileage may vary:

• Eyebrow — 1.2mm & 1.6mm (sorry for the ambiguous nature of this one)

• Tongue — 1.6mm (normally pierced at 22mm Long)

• Nipple —- 1.6mm

• Labret —- 1.6mm (can be done at 1.2mm)

• Madonna - 1.6mm

• Nostril —- 1mm or 1.2mm

• Conch —- 1.6mm

• VCH/HCH- 1.6mm

• PA, Ampallang - 2.4mm 

This list is not meant to be exhaustive and *your* piercing may have not been pierced at the above size - If in doubt, ask your piercer.
